What we can help with
A price on a card that no longer matches the store. A model filed in the wrong tray. A Matchbox release we have missed entirely. A page that will not load or a photograph that will not appear. A question about scale, series numbering or what comes in a particular box.
What we cannot help with
Anything to do with an order. We do not sell these models — the partner store does — so we cannot see your order, change an address, chase a parcel, process a refund or handle a warranty claim. All of that has to go to the store you bought from, and they are quick about it.
We also cannot value a collection. People ask often, and the honest answer is that we have no reliable way to price a used model sight unseen.
